Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Fish Thailand. By confirming your booking and paying a deposit, you accept these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  1. All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting our team directly.
  2. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.
  3. Full payment details and options will be provided at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. Cancellation more than 5 days before the trip date:
    • Customers are entitled to a refund of their deposit, minus a cancellation fee:
      • Bookings of value 10,000 THB or below – deposit refunded minus 500 THB cancellation fee.
      • Bookings of value over 10,000 THB up to 19,999 THB – deposit refunded minus 1,000 THB cancellation fee.
      • Bookings of value 20,000 THB or above – deposit refunded minus 2,000 THB cancellation fee
    • Credit option: The cancellation fee retained (500 THB, 1,000 THB or 2,000 THB) may be used as credit when the customer re-books a trip of the same or higher value within 12 months of the original booking date.
  2. Cancellation within 5 days of the trip date:
    • Deposits are non-refundable.
    • No credit is offered for cancellations made within this period.
  3. Refunds and Bank Charges:
    • Any banking or transfer fees incurred on either side during the refund process will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • Refund amounts may vary due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates between THB and the customer’s local currency.
  4. Special Case – Jurassic Mountain Resort & Fishing Park:
    • For bookings that include part or all of the trip at Jurassic Mountain Resort & Fishing Park, customers are subject to both Jurassic’s own Terms & Conditions and these Fish Thailand Terms & Conditions.
    • In such cases, Fish Thailand’s cancellation fees outlined above apply in addition to (not instead of) Jurassic’s Terms & Conditions.

3. Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes to your booking, including dates or number of participants, must be communicated to us as soon as possible.
  • We will do our best to accommodate changes, but this is subject to availability.

4. Liability

  • Fish Thailand and its guides take all reasonable care to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Customers participate in fishing trips at their own risk.
  • Fish Thailand is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during trips.

5. Health and Safety

  • Customers must follow the instructions of guides at all times.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements when booking.

6. Photography and Media

  • By participating in our tours, you consent to photographs and videos being taken during the trip.
  • These images may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
  • Any disputes arising from bookings with Fish Thailand will be resolved in the Thai legal system.
