FISHING 'BROTHERS' ON 9 DAYS THAILAND FISHING HOLIDAYS
Shawn originally from USA and Hyon from Korea both work in the military based together in Korea. For many weeks Fish Thailand's Eddy Mounce has been in communication with Shawn planning each day of their fishing holidays in Thailand. Through the regualr emails leading upto this fishing holidays, Fish Thailand gained knowledge & insights of the likes, dislikes, requests, desires, budget & target species of Shawn & Hyon to tailor make them the perfect, unforgetable Thailand fishing holidays of their lifetime.
The finalised itinerary was:
DAY 0 - 19th May - Airport pick up & transfer to hotel
DAY 1 - 20th May - 1 Day fishing Bungsamran - (Mekong catfish)
DAY 2 - 21st May - 1 Day fishing Big Barra Lake - (barramundi)
DAY 3-8 - 22-27 May - 6 Days Jungle Fishing Safari Khao Laem Dam (jungle perch, snakeheads, Indian carp, black shark)
DAY 9 - 28th May - 1 Day fishing Shadow Lake (catfish & carp)
DAY 1 - FISHING BUNGSAMRAN LAKE BANGKOK
Fishing Bungsamlan Lake in Bangkok is always a great choice for day 1 of fishing holidays in Thailand. Today offered an excellent opportunity to break the ice with Shawn & Hyon, begin our friendship together, discuss the following days fishing & of course absolutely bag up on huge fish one after another all day long; the perfect start to what turned out to be a perfect Thailand fishing holiday for Shawn & Hyon.
BACK BREAKING - ROD BENDING - FISH FIGHTING ACTION!
Shawn is the more experienced of the 2 anglers who actually introduced Hyon to the wonderful life & sport of fishing about 1 year ago. For only 1 year behind a rod however, Hyon has learnt the tricks of the sport very well indeed. The enthusiasm of Shawn & Hyon and their love for fish and fishing was clearly felt; making them a pleasure to guide fishing and 'talk fish' with. Today went superbly with Shawn landing some cracking Mekong catfish to 25kg and Hyon smashing his previous biggest catch with a wonderful 20kg Mekong catfish.
