The 'Walk Away' Rig
Steve Mullins from England is a Fish Thailand regular and this time he decided to turn his hand to carp fishing at Bungsamran Lake in Bangkok. The unfortunate tale to the capture of this spectacular Siamese carp is that Steve had walked to the store while this carp got it's head down on the baits! Regretfully Steve missed the run but was in time for some of the action - hence the 'walk away rig' again proves itself to be very effective!
Steve however did go on to catch some big Mekong catfish later in the afternoon. |
