desired. The specimen lake is 2 acres in size and target species
include Siamese carp (up to 90lb),
alligator gar (up to 40lb),
Amazon redtail (up to 40lb) and
pacu (up to 30lb). Method lake
is 3 acres in size and may be regarded as a ‘runs-water’ given
its good head of species consisting of
Mekong catfish (up to
120lb+), striped catfish (up to 15lb),
Siamese carp (up to
130lb) and Pacu (up to 30lb).
